    Job Description

    Job Title: Spanish –Data Entry/Call Center/Customer Service

    Location: Richmond VA 23230

    Duration: 3 Months

    Pay Rate: $11.00 Hourly

    Shift: 09:00am to 06:00pm with a 1-hour lunch

    Job Description:

    • Call Center Spanish Speaking candidate mandatory
    • Able to work 40 hours a week consistently
    • Previous experience in Customer Service in a non-retail environment Call Center or Switchboard experience.
    • Previous experience with call center scripts
    • Basic computer experiences Proficient in MS Word
    • Ability to multi task Typing speed of 30-40 wpm
    • Experience with working with sensitive information
    • Handle 95% of calls present to their individual line
