    Looking for call center representative is responsible for assisting customers via phone within a fast-paced call center environment.

    -Fast pace inbound call center, about 75 calls/day and about 100 orders/day
    -Orders come in via phone, fax and email
    -Majority of the calls coming in are customers calling in with regards to their orders; for example, there might be an issue with their order (incorrect color was shipped) or they might be checking on the status of their order or shipment)
    -Deal with order to cash, POD, BOD in regards to orders
    -Utilize ERP Software for Order Entry
    -Order Tracking
    -Order resolution
    -New order generation and
    -General product questions
    -Other general questions or concerns
